Care for Kids 5K Run and Fitness Walk

All proceeds benefit pediatric health care at Hudson Headwaters Health Network health centers.

Check in: Saturday, July 30, 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. at Suzie Q's Sunshine Cafe.
Check in day of race: 7:30 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. at 2431 Schroon River Rd.

Race begins at 2431 Schroon River Road in Chestertown, and ends at Suzie Q's Sunshine Cafe on Route 8, just east of the Schroon River. A free shuttle will be available to transport participants and spectators between R&R Auto Re-builders and Suzie Q's Sunshine Cafe.

T-shirts, awards for age groups.

The course is just over three miles (five kilometers) and is mostly flat, with a slight uphill. Maps will be available on the day of the race.

The tax deductible fee is $25.00 if registration is done on race day. If you are pre-registered, the fee is $20.00. (Received by July 28).  Custom, high quality, short sleeve T-shirts will be given to the first 250 entrants.

Take Northway / I-87 Exit 25, turn east on Route 8, then first right on to Schroon River Road south. R&R is about 2.5 miles south of Route 8.
