Loon Lake Park District Association was formed to represent
and protect the interests of the residents and property owners
within the district.
Their principal aims are:
- The Protection
of the ecology of the lake and surrounding area
- Preservation
of the natural beauty of the area
- Promotion
of safety by such means as encouraging proper boating and
swimming habit
- Development
and preservation of recreational opportunities for all residents
