The Town of Horicon Public Library (www.horiconny.gov/library) provides library services including lending books, DVD's and other materials to the public. They are part of the Southern Adirondack Library System (SALS). Materials include:

• books
• DVDs
• magazines
• books on CD
• interlibrary loan
• computers for internet access
• Wifi
• educational programs

All residents of the area can use the library and can be borrowers. Proof of residency is required to obtain a library card, but year-round residency is not a requirement.
