The Chester Horicon Health Center is part of the Hudson Headwaters Health Network, and is one of twelve health centers serving the North Country's medical needs. Other centers are located in North Creek, Ticonderoga, Glens Falls, Queensbury, Moriah, and Warrensburg, among others. The mission of Hudson Headwaters is to provide the best health care, and access to that healthcare, to everyone in the community. Services available at the Chestertown location include family practice, internal medicine, women's health care, minor surgery and lab testing.
